Return & Refund Policy
At Dotoboo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. This will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Gift cards or promotional items cannot be returned or refunded.
2. Return Process
Contact our customer support team to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Pack the items securely in their original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and tags.
Ship the items back to the address provided in the RMA instructions.
Note: Returns without an RMA may not be accepted.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for the same product in a different size or color, please follow the return process and indicate that it is for an exchange.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include a description and photos of the defect or damage.
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Dotoboo error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
